Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, AI-Powered Workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the AI-centric workflow builder
• Conduct AI evaluations and performance assessments to optimize AI-powered features
• Drive product discovery with upmarket customers to understand their compliance workflow needs and translate them into product requirements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years building AI-powered products
• Experience designing and shipping workflow engines or automation tools
• Ability to set product vision and strategy for a major product
• Experience building products for upmarket customers with complex requirements
• Strong track record of collaboration with Engineering, Design, AI/ML, and GTM teams
