Key responsibilities

• Own the multi-year product roadmap for Australia, balancing immediate localization needs with long-term market strategies
• Lead customer research to uncover needs of Australian contractors and translate insights into actionable product requirements
• Collaborate with US-based product teams to ensure seamless internationalization and deliver Australia-specific functionalities

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
• Proven track record of launching products in new geographic markets or managing localization projects
• Deep understanding of complex integrations, including accounting ecosystems and API-heavy telecom workflows
• Ability to work an adjusted schedule to align with US-based teams for collaboration
• Strong analytical skills with a data-first approach to prioritization
