Staff Product Manager, Billing

Job Summary

Owning the billing platform architecture, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Billing will build a unified system to ensure accurate appointment billing and generate reliable financial datasets for Finance and Accounting while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define the billing state machine and enforce handoffs to prevent manual intervention in new appointments
• Build trusted datasets, dashboards, and outputs for Finance and Accounting to streamline financial reporting
• Collaborate with Data and Engineering to monitor payment health and implement systemic fixes

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in building billing platforms or accounting systems, preferably in healthcare or fintech
• Proven ability to collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Compliance teams
• Strong technical knowledge to engage with engineering teams on complex problems
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience in managing complex payment flows and financial data integrity
