Staff Product Manager, Canada

Job Summary

Owning the personalization and discovery strategy for Babylist's consumer experience, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Canada will manage ML-powered recommendations and the homepage feed, collaborating closely with the ML Engineering team to define and elevate product quality and strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end recommendations and discovery strategy, setting KPIs and quality standards
• Articulate and defend the one-year personalization roadmap, adjusting based on evidence and insights
• Collaborate with the ML Engineering team to shape technical direction and ensure alignment on product and modeling goals

Required qualifications

• Proven experience in managing ML-powered consumer products, particularly in recommendations or personalization
• Strong technical fluency with ML systems and understanding of the ML lifecycle
• Experience in strategic product planning and execution within a B2C environment
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and incorporate their feedback into product decisions
• Background in e-commerce or marketplaces is strongly preferred
