Staff Product Manager, Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Bridging the gap between security research and product strategy, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Cybersecurity will lead the data strategy for Bitsight's Data Engine, ensuring data collections meet the needs of modern CISOs while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Define and articulate the long-term product data strategy to evolve data collection capabilities
• Lead complex, multi-team projects to synchronize engineering, data science, and security research workflows for efficient product delivery
• Translate technical engineering trade-offs into business outcomes required by security leaders

Required qualifications

• Extensive experience as a security practitioner, such as a Security Researcher or SOC Analyst
• 5+ years of product management experience in the cybersecurity domain, managing complex, data-heavy products
• Proven ability to deliver complex software projects on time and at scale
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills with a track record of building relationships across teams
• Experience mentoring other Product Managers on strategy and leadership
