Staff Product Manager, Data

Job Summary

Owning the data platform definition and delivery, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Data will manage technical requirements, prioritize the engineering backlog, and ensure self-service access to data in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the enterprise data model, including data dictionary and entity definitions, while driving the medallion architecture from a product perspective
• Serve as the primary data platform partner for business stakeholders, enabling self-service access and maintaining proactive communication on project status
• Oversee the product roadmap for the intelligence self-service platform and API layer, ensuring democratized access and driving platform adoption across the organization

Required qualifications

• Strong technical depth in data, with experience in data engineering or product management
• Deep familiarity with data architecture concepts such as medallion architecture and data contracts
• Hands-on experience with modern data tools, including dbt and AWS storage solutions
• Proven ability to write precise technical requirements for engineering teams
• Ownership mindset with a focus on outcomes and accountability in a fast-paced environment
