Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Data Engineering and Analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the roadmap for the internal data platform, pipelines, and analytics capabilities
• Drive the development of self-service data tools and infrastructure for various teams
• Establish and monitor key metrics for data platform adoption, performance, and user satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 3+ years focused on data platforms or analytics tools
• Strong technical background in data engineering concepts, including ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehousing
• Experience building and scaling internal data platforms or analytics tools
• Deep understanding of data governance and self-service analytics principles
• Experience with modern data technologies such as cloud data warehouses and BI platforms
