Staff Product Manager - DMV

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager - DMV (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end product strategy and roadmap for a significant area of the DMV product portfolio
• Drive discovery and problem framing for complex product challenges, synthesizing input from clients and market research
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to ensure aligned, high-quality product delivery

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience with demonstrated progression in scope and responsibility
• Deep experience in government technology DMV software strongly preferred
• Proficiency with Agile methodologies and SDLC; experience with tools such as JIRA and Azure DevOps
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Public Administration, or equivalent experience
• Familiarity with technical concepts including APIs, middleware, data integrations, and SQL
