Staff Product Manager, Exteriors

Job Summary

To shape the future of the Exteriors vertical, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Exteriors will define and own the product roadmap, architect AI-powered solutions, and lead cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for a cohesive product area aligned with company goals and customer outcomes
• Architect scalable, AI-powered solutions to improve insights and reduce manual work for operators
• Lead customer discovery and market research to inform product strategy and identify operational gaps

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in enterprise B2B SaaS or trades/field-service products
• Experience with AI-powered features and a clear understanding of intelligent automation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure key metrics and translate them into actionable direction
• Proven ability to manage a complex product area from problem identification to scaled adoption
• Self-starter mentality with a focus on ownership and accountability for outcomes
