Staff Product Manager, Governance

Job Summary

To drive the strategy and execution of enterprise-grade identity, security, and access management capabilities, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Governance will work remotely, focusing on defining and delivering governance solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision and strategy for access control, identity, and governance capabilities
• Act as the voice of enterprise customers, collaborating with go-to-market teams to influence product direction
• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver impactful product solutions and evangelize access control principles

Required qualifications

• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Proven track record of delivering exceptional enterprise customer experiences
• Fluency in enterprise security and governance, including identity and role-based access control
• Understanding of website and AI technologies relevant to marketing teams
• Ability to think systemically and navigate a fast-paced, high-growth environment
