Staff Product Manager - HELOC

Job Summary

Leading the launch and scale of the HELOC business, the full-time remote Staff Product Manager - HELOC will own the end-to-end product strategy, including underwriting, decisioning, and compliance, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for HELOC in-house underwriting, including decisioning and document generation
• Lead vendor and lending-partner strategy to integrate third-party providers and expand program capacity
• Build a scaling roadmap for state and geographic expansion, underwriting efficiency, and post-close servicing infrastructure

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience with a focus on mortgage, HELOC, or secured lending
• Proven track record of managing 0-to-1 builds and scaling loan origination and underwriting infrastructure
• Strong understanding of lending compliance and disclosure requirements
• Experience in vendor and partner relationship management
• Excellent executive communication skills for managing cross-functional stakeholders
