Staff Product Manager Infrastructure

Job Summary

To drive product strategy across the Infrastructure and AI Dev Tools organization, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Infrastructure will treat the internal platform as a product, focusing on defining golden paths and self-service capabilities while collaborating with engineering and product teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the long-term product strategy for Docker's internal developer platform and AI developer tooling
• Establish self-service capabilities and drive adoption through measurable outcomes rather than mandates
• Identify internal tools ready for customer-facing offerings and own the strategy to transition them from prototype to product

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience, with 4+ years at the Staff level or above
• Proven track record building and scaling platform, infrastructure, or developer-tooling products
• Strong technical acumen in Kubernetes, CI/CD, networking, APIs, and observability
• Deep understanding of platform-as-a-product principles and developer experience
• Fluency with AI and agentic workflows, including familiarity with LLM-powered tooling
