Staff Product Manager, Monetization

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager, Growth (Monetization).

Key Responsibilities

• Own the four components of monetization: pricing, packaging, billing, and placement
• Move free-to-paid conversion by building the experiment roadmap and analyzing results
• Define and iterate on the AI credit system and push pricing and packaging into its next chapter

Required Qualifications

• 6-8 years of experience in SaaS, ideally in B2B SMB environments
• Experience with pricing, packaging, and billing systems
• Familiarity with usage-based billing and customer cost tied to consumption
• Proficient in working with AI monetization and credit systems
• Ability to work cross-functionally with various teams such as engineering, finance, and marketing
