Job Summary

Seeking a self-driven Staff Product Manager - Referral Growth, this full-time remote position will set the vision and strategy for Fetch's referral growth engine, focusing on creating scalable referral experiences that enhance user acquisition and engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Set the vision, strategy, and roadmap for building Fetch's referral growth engine, defining priorities and success metrics
• Own the end-to-end referral lifecycle, including invitations, onboarding, activation, and long-term advocacy
• Lead cross-functional initiatives to optimize referral experiences and leverage AI for personalized growth opportunities

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience, particularly in consumer growth or referral products
• Proven track record in designing and scaling referral programs or user advocacy systems
• Deep understanding of growth loops, behavioral economics, and lifecycle marketing
• Experience with AI-driven products and data science for consumer experience enhancement
• Strong analytical skills to interpret user behavior and make data-informed decisions
