Staff Product Manager, Risk & Compliance

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Risk & Compliance Case Management to lead the development of a scalable case management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for RiskOS Case Management, enhancing reviewer experience
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and ensure execution readiness for major releases
• Partner with Product Design to create world-class UX for review workflows and compliance-ready processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of product management experience with complex, workflow-heavy SaaS products
• Strong design partnership skills and experience in simplifying data for decision-making
• Domain experience in fraud, risk, compliance, or investigations
• Data-driven approach with the ability to define KPIs and measure impact
• Experience shipping AI-assisted UX/workflows in production
