Staff Product Manager, Security

Job Summary

Leading the product strategy for security and compliance in the public sector, the full-time Staff Product Manager, Security will manage the compliance roadmap, drive cross-functional programs, and expand market presence for Atlas for Government, with opportunities to work remotely in the United States.

Key responsibilities

• Own the public sector compliance roadmap, translating federal requirements into product priorities
• Drive complex, multi-team programs by establishing governance and success metrics
• Lead product strategy for market expansion into new regulated regions and assess engineering trade-offs

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management or equivalent experience in encryption or data security
• Hands-on experience with federal compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP and NIST 800-53
• Experience collaborating with security-focused engineering teams
• Familiarity with cloud providers like AWS, Azure, and GCP
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or equivalent experience
