Staff Product Manager - Security

Job Summary

Owning the security architecture for Integration Security and AI Gateway Security, the full-time Staff Product Manager - Security will define and drive the product roadmap while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance security measures in a flexible or remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the roadmap for Integration Security and AI Gateway Security, aligning with customer needs and long-term platform vision
• Oversee security architecture for MCP server governance, including onboarding, risk classification, and access control
• Engage with enterprise customers and security architects to gather requirements and validate security solutions

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in integration security, API security, or enterprise platform security
• Deep knowledge of OAuth 2.0/2.1, mTLS, REST/SOAP web services, and credential management
• Experience with AI frameworks and agentic security models, including authentication and authorization of AI interactions
• Proven ability to write product requirements and manage features through the agile development process
• Strong track record of driving cross-functional alignment across various teams without direct authority
