Staff Product Manager, Voice AI

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Manager - Voice AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Voice AI Agent roadmap for scalable and compliant voice automation
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to integrate agentic AI systems for optimizing conversational flows
• Lead the full-lifecycle product management process from discovery to launch and iteration based on performance metrics

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in product management, preferably in B2B SaaS or enterprise AI
• At least 2 years of experience in conversational AI or agent-based systems
• Strong foundational knowledge of agentic AI concepts and comfort working with AI research and engineering teams
• Familiarity with modern AI orchestration frameworks and conversational AI technologies
• Experience in defining and launching AI-driven products that balance innovation with compliance and performance
