Staff Product Operations Manager

Job Summary

Driving the enhancement of product management processes, the full-time Staff Product Operations Manager will own the improvement roadmap for the Product Development Lifecycle, implementing AI-driven workflows and ensuring effective adoption of new processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Build and implement an AI-driven Product Development Lifecycle, iterating based on feedback
• Define and maintain canonical frameworks and templates for core product artifacts
• Bridge product strategy to execution, ensuring PMs adopt effective processes through empathy and clarity

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Product Management, Product Operations, or a related role
• Hands-on experience in product management, with a proven track record of shipping products
• Strong systems thinking and ability to design elegant process architectures
• Meaningful fluency in AI and its application in product development workflows
• Experience driving adoption in high-autonomy organizations through effective communication
