Job Summary
Driving operational excellence, the full-time remote Staff Product Operations Manager will lead product roadmap presentations, manage strategic cross-functional projects, and oversee the synthesis of customer feedback to enhance product planning and execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of product roadmap presentations, utilizing AI-native workflows to automate insights and executive materials
- Manage cross-functional projects and serve as the primary liaison with Marketing and Support to ensure coordinated planning and execution
- Own the process of capturing and synthesizing customer feedback, leveraging AI to monitor and categorize inputs for actionable product insights
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Product Operations, Program Management, or Business Operations, preferably in a high-growth enterprise software environment
- Proven project management skills with a track record of managing multiple complex initiatives simultaneously
- Hands-on experience building AI-native workflows and proficiency with AI coding tools like Claude Code
- Strong command of collaboration and productivity tools such as Jira, Asana, and Google Workspace
- Highly analytical mindset with a focus on diagnosing inefficiencies and designing scalable operational systems
