Staff Product Owner

Job Summary

Owning the Collaboration & Productivity portfolio, the full-time Staff Product Owner will define strategy, drive the roadmap, and engage stakeholders to enhance the digital workplace experience for over 9,000 employees, with the flexibility to work remotely and in-office for collaboration as needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, and adoption for the Collaboration & Productivity portfolio
• Partner with IT Systems Engineering on execution and cross-app integrations to improve operational efficiency
• Define and report on KPIs to measure portfolio health and business impact, informing investment trade-offs and roadmap decisions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience for enterprise Collaboration & Productivity applications
• Experience operating at both strategic and tactical levels, including data analysis and problem-solving
• Strong technical-business fluency with experience in cross-functional relationship building
• Hands-on use of AI to improve workflows and maintain accountability for final decisions
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business
