Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Owner, Finance & Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, roadmap, and execution for planning, forecasting, modeling, and analytics enablement capabilities
• Engage with business stakeholders to identify needs and opportunities for feature development that enhances engagement and efficiency
• Identify and deliver practical AI use cases to improve workflow speed and decision support while applying strong judgment in AI validation and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 12 years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in a global organization
• Significant product ownership or management experience in financial planning systems or analytics platforms
• Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and decision-support workflows
• Demonstrated hands-on experience using AI in business workflows
