Staff Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Security Software Engineer (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Provide security guidance to engineering teams and collaborate on securing customer data
• Perform security software architecture reviews and integrate threat modeling into the SDLC
• Conduct security testing, including code scans and application penetration tests, and lead incident response processes

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in secure web application development and familiar with OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities
• Experience with client-side security and secure JavaScript frameworks
• Knowledge of cross-browser compatibility and privacy-respecting features
• Hands-on experience with security testing tools and techniques
• Familiarity with emerging web standards and protocols
