Staff Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Product Security Engineer to join their Security team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead security architecture/design reviews and threat modeling sessions with product and engineering teams
• Conduct hands-on penetration testing and security assessments across the product stack, producing actionable reports
• Drive PSIRT operations, managing vulnerability reports, and coordinating remediation with engineering teams

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of product security experience across application security, cloud security, and secure SDLC
• Expert level in Threat Modeling using STRIDE, PASTA, or equivalent methodologies
• Hands-on penetration testing skills across applications, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and hardware/firmware
• Experience with PSIRT operations, including vulnerability intake and triage
• Strong programming ability and knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and relevant tools
