Staff Product Security Engineer

Job Summary

To support secure software delivery, the full-time Staff Product Security Engineer will design and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines, lead security architecture reviews for cloud-native products, and proactively address emerging security needs in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines with security gates to capture risk exposure
• Lead security architecture reviews and threat models for Kubernetes workloads on GCP and AWS
• Implement software supply chain security controls and define baseline security standards across products

Required qualifications

• 7+ years in software engineering or security engineering with hands-on security responsibilities
• Strong proficiency in Go or Python for writing and debugging production-quality code
• Deep experience with Kubernetes in production, including cluster hardening and network policies
• Practical expertise with GCP and/or AWS, including IAM and security services
• Proven track record in designing and securing CI/CD pipelines using tools like GitHub Actions or Cloud Build
