Staff Program Manager

Job Summary

To support the Product and Technology Core Services team, the full-time Staff Program Manager will drive initiatives focused on onboarding, streamline operations through automation, and ensure data quality and compliance, while working in a hybrid environment with in-office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end orchestration of significant initiatives across multiple product lines and teams
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to drive strategic programs focused on business outcomes and customer impact
• Champion process improvements and automation across onboarding workflows, using data and KPIs to evaluate progress and inform decisions

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in program and project management
• 3+ years of experience leading complex, enterprise-wide initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
• Strong operational excellence with a proven track record of driving improvements across product lines
• Solid understanding of Agile development methodologies and proficiency with program management tools like Confluence and Jira
