Staff Program Manager

Job Summary

To define and scale the operating system for company truth, the remote Staff Program Manager will manage cross-functional programs that ensure consistent business metrics, drive alignment across stakeholders, and enhance data reliability and operational integrity.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the definition and integrity of core business metrics across product, finance, and go-to-market
• Establish a unified metrics layer to ensure a single source of truth for decision-making
• Coordinate large-scale initiatives across Data Engineering, Analytics, Finance, and other functions

Required Qualifications

• 10-12+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or data strategy
• Exceptional executive presence with the ability to drive clarity and alignment without formal authority
• Experience building operating models and cross-functional systems in high-growth environments
• Fluency in AI and modern tooling for analysis and decision-making
• Direct partnership with C-suite executives on enterprise planning and resource allocation
