Job Summary

Leading complex, multi-team initiatives, the remote Staff Program Manager will execute end-to-end project management, develop operational approaches, and drive cross-functional collaboration while navigating ambiguity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of complex initiatives, setting direction and making strategic tradeoffs
• Build and evolve operational approaches when established playbooks do not apply
• Develop trusted cross-functional relationships to enhance collaboration and steer outcomes

Required qualifications

• Deep program management expertise with a proven track record of leading multi-team initiatives
• Strong judgment in high-ambiguity situations, capable of making decisions with incomplete information
• Experience in high-growth tech or SaaS environments is strongly preferred
• Builder's mindset with a focus on improving existing systems and developing new guidelines
• AI-forward operator with the ability to identify and implement scalable, repeatable approaches
