Staff Program Manager, Security Compliance

Job Summary

Leading complex, high-impact programs, the full-time Staff Program Manager, Security Compliance will manage strategic initiatives across Governance, Risk and Compliance, Security, and IT, partnering with leadership and stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of strategic ETS programs, including planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder reporting
• Drive governance, risk, and compliance programs across cloud infrastructure and IT systems, ensuring alignment with frameworks like SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Establish and maintain program management best practices and governance frameworks across the ETS organization

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field; PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification preferred
• 7+ years of experience in program or project management, particularly in enterprise technology, security, or compliance environments
• Demonstrated experience managing GRC, IT transformation, or security programs at scale, with familiarity in frameworks such as SOC 2 and ISO 27001
• Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills, with the ability to influence and present complex program status clearly
• Hands-on proficiency with project and program management tools like Jira and Confluence, with experience in developing executive reporting and dashboards
