Staff Project Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, the full-time Staff Project Manager will manage enterprise application projects, including implementations and process transformations, in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects, including system implementations and integrations
• Define and manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, resource planning, and risk management
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and establish executive-level project reporting

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience focused on enterprise application implementations
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, technically complex programs in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills with executive presence and experience presenting to senior leadership
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools to enhance project work
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
