Staff Project Manager, IT

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional technology initiatives, the full-time Staff Project Manager, IT will manage enterprise application projects, including implementations and upgrades, while working remotely and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure operational health of core systems.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise application projects, including system implementations and process transformations
• Define and manage the full project lifecycle, including scope, timeline, resource planning, and risk management
• Establish executive-level project reporting and facilitate communication among technical and business stakeholders

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of project management experience focused on enterprise application implementations
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, technically complex programs in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to C-suite and board-level audiences
• PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to enhance project delivery and documentation
