Staff Project Operations Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Multifamily Business Operations Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full project lifecycle by collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive milestones and manage change orders
• Serve as the primary point of contact for Sales and Install partners, overseeing market expansions and facilitating partner onboarding
• Review technical plan sets and financial documents to ensure compliance and alignment with internal policies

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of work experience, with solar and data systems experience preferred
• Experience with Salesforce.com, Google Suite, and project management tools is preferred
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines while working independently
• Willingness to work outside standard business hours to meet targets
• Strong analytical skills and structured problem-solving abilities
