Key responsibilities

• Lead the technical strategy for the Document Domain, balancing product needs with scalability and reliability
• Champion AI-driven development workflows, mentoring engineers to improve productivity and quality
• Coordinate cross-team initiatives to deliver top-tier document capabilities while aligning engineering practices

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of development experience with Python
• Strong knowledge of relational databases, message queues, event-driven systems, and asynchronous programming
• Experience mentoring engineers and fostering their technical growth
• Ability to develop domain strategies and identify challenges over a one-year horizon
• Extensive hands-on experience in application development and deployment processes
