Staff QA Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff QA Engineer to ensure the quality and performance of products across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive QA strategies across multiple technologies
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define testing needs and lead hands-on testing efforts
• Design and implement automation frameworks to improve test efficiency and monitor QA processes for continuous improvement

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
• 5-7 years of experience in QA, with expertise in automated and manual testing across multiple platforms
• Strong experience with QA tools, automation frameworks, and agile methodologies
• Hands-on experience designing and implementing automated test scripts using tools like Playwright, Selenium, or Appium
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Typescript
