Staff Quality Assurance Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff QA Analyst responsible for ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of software solutions delivered to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for software projects, ensuring comprehensive coverage
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and validate requirements
• Perform root cause analysis and support post-production validation and troubleshooting

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of Software Quality Assurance experience in manual and automated testing
• Experience testing across various software types (functional, regression, performance, integration)
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and testing lifecycle
• Familiarity with QA automation tools and practical experience with programming languages
