A company is looking for a Staff Quantitative User Researcher.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic, end-to-end quantitative research initiatives, from scoping business needs to delivering actionable recommendations
• Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a research roadmap and align insights with business priorities
• Analyze complex data sources to create evidence-based perspectives on user experience and mentor peers in quantitative research practices

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in user, product, or market research with a focus on quantitative research
• Extensive experience in leading survey research throughout the product development lifecycle
• Deep expertise in empirical survey methods and statistical analysis
• Proficiency in a statistical programming language (R preferred) and SQL for data integration
• Demonstrated ability to craft compelling narratives using quantitative data
