Staff Quantitative UX Researcher

Job Summary

Owning the full survey research process, the full-time Staff Quantitative UX Researcher will develop and manage quantitative studies, analyze data, and present actionable insights to stakeholders in a flexible work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quantitative research studies, including survey development, programming, and analysis
• Integrate behavioral and attitudinal data by querying the data warehouse for comprehensive insights
• Present research findings to stakeholders, ensuring a customer-centric perspective is maintained

Required qualifications

• Experience with R or other statistical software for data analysis
• Proficiency in survey programming platforms such as Qualtrics or Alchemer
• SQL/database querying experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, HCI, marketing)
• Familiarity with foundational and advanced statistical methods, including regression and factor analysis
