Staff Quantitative UX Researcher

Job Summary

Owning the full survey research process, the full-time Staff Quantitative UX Researcher will manage quantitative studies from development to analysis, collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end quantitative research studies, including survey development, programming, and analysis
• Combine behavioral and attitudinal data through querying the data warehouse to deliver actionable insights
• Build and enhance dashboarding capabilities while presenting findings to stakeholders

Required qualifications

• Experience with designing in-app user-triggered feedback and measurement programs in digital products
• Proficiency in R or other statistical software
• Experience with survey programming platforms such as Qualtrics or Alchemer
• SQL/database querying experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, sociology, HCI, marketing)
