Staff React Engineer
Job Summary
To modernize enterprise reporting, the full-time Staff React Engineer will design and lead the architecture of a React-based reporting platform hosted in Snowflake, while mentoring engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Design and lead the architecture for the React-based reporting platform, establishing standards for component patterns and performance
- Serve as the primary technical expert, evaluating tooling and integration approaches in coordination with leadership
- Mentor engineers and analysts on React through code reviews, workshops, and pair programming
Required qualifications
- Deep expertise in React, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern front-end tooling
- Proven ability to architect front-end platforms used by multiple teams

- Strong ownership instincts and comfort operating with autonomy and ambiguity
- 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years focused on React
