Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for mid- to leadership-level roles.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments, from role opening to onboarding
  • Act as a talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, developing comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies
  • Strategically source and engage a diverse pool of candidates to meet hiring goals and maintain operational excellence
Required Qualifications
  • At least 10 years of recruiting experience
  • Experience hiring across various departments in a scaling startup environment
  • Experience working on a globally distributed team
  • Experience in recruiting operations, including building processes and playbooks
  • Familiarity with Ashby or similar recruiting platforms (preferred)
