Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process for mid- to leadership-level roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full-cycle recruitment process across multiple departments, from role opening to onboarding
- Act as a talent advisor to business leaders and hiring managers, developing comprehensive workforce plans and hiring strategies
- Strategically source and engage a diverse pool of candidates to meet hiring goals and maintain operational excellence
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of recruiting experience
- Experience hiring across various departments in a scaling startup environment
- Experience working on a globally distributed team
- Experience in recruiting operations, including building processes and playbooks
- Familiarity with Ashby or similar recruiting platforms (preferred)
