Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Recruiting Specialist to join their Human Resources team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment activities, including managing candidate profiles and job postings
• Recruit and source candidates through various channels, including Boolean searches and professional networks
• Conduct initial screening interviews and collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and job descriptions

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience
• Proven success in sourcing candidates, preferably in a legal or professional services environment
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications
• Preferred: 3+ years of recruiting experience in a law firm
• Preferred: Experience with Boolean searching using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
