Staff Recruiting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Recruiting Specialist to support their recruitment efforts in a hybrid or remote capacity.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily recruitment activities, including managing candidate profiles and communication
• Source and recruit candidates through various platforms and maintain a talent pipeline
• Partner with hiring managers to develop job descriptions and train them on the recruitment process

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in a legal or professional services firm
• Proven success in recruiting and sourcing candidates
• Proficient with applicant tracking systems and MS Office applications
• Preferred: 3+ years of experience recruiting for a law firm
• Preferred: Experience with Boolean searching using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools
