Staff Reliability Engineer
Job Summary
To build the next generation of cloud-native reliability and test platforms, the full-time Staff Reliability Engineer will design and operate engineering platforms, enhance CI/CD workflows, and implement automation solutions, with the flexibility to work remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate cloud-native engineering platforms for software validation and production readiness
- Develop and integrate automated test pipelines and observability tools into CI/CD workflows
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability and release quality through automation and best practices
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, or related fields, with a Bachelor's degree; or equivalent experience
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms
- Experience designing and implementing automation to enhance developer productivity and operational efficiency
- Strong software engineering skills with experience in Python, Go, Java, or Ruby
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical problems and collaborate effectively across teams
