Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, strategic mixed-methods research and own end-to-end, multi-phase research programs
• Design advanced quantitative studies and conduct nuanced qualitative research to generate foundational insights
• Elevate research systems and mentor junior researchers while driving AI-native research innovation

Required Qualifications

• Graduate degree or relevant experience
• 8+ years in user research, market research, consumer insights, or similar mixed-methods roles
• Demonstrated success leading complex, multi-method studies with high ambiguity and high business stakes
• Experience conducting research on B2B/SaaS products and business models
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders across cross-functional groups
