Job Summary
A company is looking for a Staff Sales Engineer (Health Systems & Payer).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and engage potential Health System & Payer clients
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations to highlight the value proposition
- Serve as a technical resource during the selling process, addressing client queries and providing knowledge of solution capabilities
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience working with real-world healthcare data (EMR, claims, etc.) and understanding its use cases
- Strong technical skills and hands-on experience with SQL; additional coding languages (e.g., R, Python) are a plus
- Demonstrated experience working with a sales team to coordinate an effective sales process
- An advanced degree in a clinical setting (e.g., clinical informatics, MPH, MD) is preferred
- 7+ years of work experience in healthcare, consulting, or pharmaceuticals/biotech in a customer-facing role
