Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Salesforce Applications Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce application development, including requirements gathering, solution design, and maintenance
• Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions and drive integration strategies with internal and external systems
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ to 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development or related enterprise-level CRM engineering
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and system integrations
• Experience with DevOps practices, including version control and CI/CD
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience; relevant Salesforce certifications preferred
• Experience working with AI, cloud technologies, and agile development methodologies
