Staff Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Salesforce Applications Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce application development including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
• Architect and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, driving integration strategies with internal and external systems
• Mentor junior developers and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions

Required Qualifications

• 6+ to 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development or related enterprise-level CRM/Platform engineering
• Proficient in Service Cloud and Sales Cloud, with deep knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Strong experience in system integrations using REST/SOAP web services and middleware
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience; relevant Salesforce certifications preferred
• Experience with DevOps practices and familiarity with Agile development methodologies
