Staff Salesforce Developer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Salesforce Applications Developer.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the full lifecycle of Salesforce application development including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and deployment
• Architect and implement scalable and secure Salesforce solutions, integrating with internal and external systems
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership while ensuring coding standards and best practices are followed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience
• 6+ to 8+ years of experience in Salesforce development or related enterprise-level CRM engineering
• Proficient in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components
• Strong experience with system integrations and data architecture
• Experience with DevOps practices and familiarity with AI trends in Salesforce
