Staff Scheduling Associate

Job Summary

Working nights from 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM, the full-time Staff Scheduling Associate will manage staffing and scheduling adjustments for nursing units, ensuring appropriate nurse-to-patient ratios to enhance patient care in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Review and communicate staffing levels with management to meet operational needs
• Generate and review 24-hour staffing projections and seek coverage for shifts
• Utilize multiple computer systems to coordinate with nursing leadership and document schedule changes

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 2 years of customer service experience, or an Associate's Degree (substituting for 1 year of experience), or a Bachelor's Degree (substituting for 2 years of experience)
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and database software
• Ability to perform manual data entry and sit for extended periods
• Experience in staffing/scheduling is preferred but not required
