Staff Scheduling Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Scheduling Associate to manage staffing operations for nursing and support staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate staffing adjustments to maintain appropriate nurse to patient ratios
• Generate and review 24-hour staffing projections and seek coverage for shifts
• Utilize multiple computer systems to communicate staffing needs and maintain documentation

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and two years of customer service experience, or
• Associate's Degree and one year of customer service experience, or
• Bachelor's Degree
• Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and database software
• Preferred: One year of staffing/scheduling experience
